We offer flexible shipping options to meet your needs. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your candles arrive in perfect condition.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We want you to love your candles. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

All returned candles must be unburned, with wicks untrimmed and labels intact. Items that show signs of use cannot be accepted for return due to safety and quality standards.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

   Email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

   Receive authorization

   Once approved, you'll receive a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label via email.

   Package your items

   Carefully pack your unused candles in their original packaging. Attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

   Ship and track

   Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Track your return using the provided tracking number.
